Gwelup gem gets a makeover

The Water Crest Gardens renovation was about adding quality materials and features to enhance an already well built and contemporary home. Our clients were seeking builders with a hands on approach that could provide a custom built home conducive to all their needs. We successfully tackled the challenge of rethinking the initial dimensions of the home and created open living spaces that were practical and usable which was the clients main wishes with a growing family. An updated mix of both classical and contemporary materials, including feature brickwork throughout, timber flooring, marble bench tops, made this transformation seamless and suited to the clients overall taste and lifestyle.
